1. Overview
PassPadi is an AI-powered study companion and examiner tool that allows students to:
- Upload course materials to generate possible exam questions,
- Scan questions to receive AI-powered solutions (including math and non-math problems),
- Access AI explanations, past question solutions, and educational videos.
2. Eligibility
- You must register an account to use the Service.
- The platform is open to students of all ages. However, users under the age of 13 may require parental consent depending on their local jurisdiction.
3. User Accounts
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree not to share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.
4. Subscription and Payments
- PassPadi operates on a freemium model.
- All new users are entitled to a 7-day free trial.
- After the trial period, access to premium features requires a monthly subscription of $9.99/month.
- Payments are processed via Stripe or in-app purchases (Google Play / Apple App Store).
- No refunds will be issued, including partial refunds. The trial period is provided to allow evaluation of the service before payment.
- Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
5. Content and Usage
- Users may upload academic materials and scan questions. You must ensure you have rights to any content you upload.
- PassPadi uses AI to generate exam-like questions and provide answers.
- Users may view, interact with, or upload content such as scanned questions or notes.
You may not:
- Use the Service for cheating or academic dishonesty.
- Resell or redistribute content from PassPadi.
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service.
6. User-Generated Content
- You retain ownership of any content you upload.
- By submitting content, you grant PassPadi a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and display such content for educational and operational purposes.
7. AI-Powered Responses
- PassPadi uses AI and machine learning to generate responses.
- While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the correctness or appropriateness of all AI-generated content. Always verify critical answers independently.
8. Data and Privacy
- We collect limited personal data: name and email address.
- Payment information is handled securely by Stripe or in-app billing services — we do not store payment details.
- We may track your usage and academic progress to improve the user experience.
- We do not share your data with third parties for marketing or analytics without consent.
